The Westminster Rescue Mission is a place of refuge and hope for those “Invisible Neighbors” who may be caught in the destruction and isolation of addiction.
We offer a Christ-centered curriculum to help train the men in our residential program to take captive their thoughts == to replace the thoughts of despair and shame with the promises of God and all Truth.
We enable clients to build on the successes of each day spent in a program of structure, discipline, work therapy, and educational and vocational training
And we nurture an environment where connections are formed through shared experience, and brotherhood, and where healthy relationships are formed to build sources of lasting support and strength.
The Rescue Mission is a place where neighbors who are in need can be blessed through our food program. Our Food Basket ministry helps over 500 Carroll County households each month.
